The AAJT-S is the Abdominal and Aortic Junctional Tourniquet–Stabilized. It is the world’s only multi-functional life saving tourniquet for application in the axilla, on the abdomen, in the inguinal region for control of junctional and pelvic bleeding and for pelvic fracture stabilization and Zone 3 REBOA.

The Compression Works abdominal and aortic junctional tourniquet is easy to use
- Secure device around torso. Connect ladder strap until RED MEETS RED.
- Position over the target area.
- Tighten belt and remove all slack.
- Use ratcheting buckle to complete tightening.
- Inflate bladder until GREEN indicator shows.
Effective At Junctional Sites
Axilla
It is FDA cleared for all junctional hemorrhage sites and can remain on for up to four hours in these locations.
Abdominal
The AAJT-S compresses the abdominal aorta when applied at the mid-abdomen to control bleeding in the pelvis, groin, and legs.
Inguinal
The AAJT-S is the ONLY junctional toujniquet documented to have saved human life in upper and lower junctional indications.
Pelvic Fractures
The AAJT-S is approved to stabilize the pelvis.
REBOA – Zone 3
The AAJT-S is proven to be equivalent to Zone 3 REBOA.
